Digital Content & Social Media Intern

Location: Cambridge, Ontario (Hybrid)
Term: Summer (Approx. 4 Months)
Reports To: Ontario Premier League Program Manager

Position Overview

Cambridge United is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Content & Social Media Intern to support the club’s growing digital presence. This position offers hands-on experience within a competitive, community-based high-performance soccer environment.

The successful candidate will assist with social media content, matchday media coverage, and basic performance tracking, while developing valuable skills in sport communications and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting across club platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Support basic photo, video, and graphic content creation
• Capture matchday content at selected home fixtures
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Support simple content planning and engagement tracking
• Provide general communications support as needed
